Picture it... a random party gets busted. Nicole and friend (Kenna) end up getting a ride from Chris and a mutual friend (Anthony). It was then that Nicole saw Chris driving and was very much enjoying the view. At that time nothing came of it. They continued to be acquittances.

Until...

Years later Chris sent a DM on Instagram to Nicole about her liking fake footwear. (She wasn't aware until told by Chris weeks later). We would go onto to talk days on end and decided to go on a date to Surly Brewery on May 23rd, 2023. That the was the day everything changed.

While once an acquaintanceship that will turn into a relationship on June 7th, 2023.

The Summer of 2023 was the best summer yet. Several dates including MN Aurora games, brewery hopping, visiting the beautiful Minneapolis, and meeting family/friends (Kenna's wedding). We ultimately took our first trip together to the "big city" of NYC. Furthermore, we survived our first state fair together and knew we could enjoy our time together long-term. Our next adventure awaits...

We also took our first trip out west to Denver. Chris showed Nicole the city and scootered around downtown. The first "I love you" have been said by Nicole followed by Chris.

Nicole moved in after the New Year to officially began our live together. On Valentine's Day we picked up our first cats together, the beautiful Bean and Gigi. While they love both, the girls will always pick their mama at the end of the day.

Our biggest adventures during this Summer were Kaleb's wedding and taking our very first international trip together to Paris and London! Two of our favorite cities in the world. It was full circle moment going to the City of Love with the person you love most.

The season of engagement! Chris proposed to Nicole on Kahlua beach in Hawaii on the 16th of October. It's then our beautiful love story will be made official in the Fall of 2026! At last our love will be shared with all of you, there will be many laughs, tears and of course partying!
