Wedding Details

Dress Code

Formal / Cocktail Attire

We’re setting an elegant yet comfortable tone for the evening. We kindly ask that guests avoid white, ivory, or very light shades so the bride can stand out on her special day. Think refined, effortless, and ready to celebrate.

Adults-Only Celebration

With the exception of a few little ones in our immediate family, our wedding is adults only. We love your kids, but will only be able to accommodate the names listed on your invitation.

Phone-Free Ceremony

We kindly ask that phones and cameras be put away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present. Our photographer will capture every moment — we’d love for you to simply be with us and experience it in real time.

Outdoor Ceremony

Our ceremony will take place outdoors overlooking the water. Please check the forecast as the day approaches and bring a light jacket or wrap if the evening is cool. In case of rain or colder weather, we’ll move the celebration indoors.

Parking

Free parking is provided at the venue. You may leave your car at the venue overnight but you will have to pick it up the next morning before noon.

Hotels / Travel Info

All details can be found in the " Hotel + Travel " page which will be made available soon.

FAQs

What time should I arrive?

We ask that guests please arrive by 3:45pm to be able to attend the ceremony. Anyone that is late will not be able to access the ceremony once it starts.

Can I bring a guest?

Due to the limited space, we can only accommodate the guests who are formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for your understanding!

What's for dinner?

Dinner will be served buffet style and includes:

Chicken with garden herb sauce and tomato relish

Beef burgundy with red wine sauce

Classic Caesar salad

Garlic mashed potatoes

Green beans with teriyaki sauce

Bread with dipping sauce

Have a dietary restriction?

A plated vegetarian meal is available upon request. It includes gluten-free penne pasta with broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, red and green peppers, tossed in oil, garlic, lemon juice, and fresh herbs. Please note: while prepared with care, this meal is not guaranteed to be 100% allergen-free. Guests with severe allergies are welcome to bring their own meal.

I'm writing a check to the Bride and Groom, who should I make it out to?

Please make all checks out to Nicole Roman OR Chris Johnson. We want to be able to deposit the checks in a timely manner and not cause any issues between our bank and yours. All checks should be written out how we have our names on our bank accounts.
